All hemp products provided by DFW HEMPHOUSE LLC contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC and comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable Texas state regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or address where delivery may violate state or local law.
- Mobile Delivery Services
DFW HEMPHOUSE LLC provides same-day or scheduled delivery depending on availability and location.
Delivery Requirements
A valid 21+ ID must be presented at delivery.
The cardholder or account holder must be present.
Delivery drivers may refuse delivery if:
No valid ID is presented
The name does not match the order
The delivery location appears unsafe
Legal compliance risks are present
Failed deliveries may be subject to a re-delivery fee.

- Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale accounts are available for licensed businesses only.

accept bulk order delivery schedules, minimum order quantities, and payment deadlines

Points have no cash value, expire after 12 months, and may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

- Shipping & Delivery Limitations
Because we operate as a mobile delivery service:
We do not ship products through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or third-party couriers.
All orders must be delivered by a DFW Hemp House approved driver.
Delivery availability is subject to driver capacity and location.
We reserve the right to restrict delivery zones at any time.
