How Delivery Works
- All orders placed through our website will be fulfilled via local delivery by our driver team.
- Delivery drivers will bring your order directly to the address you provide at checkout.
Age & Identity Verification
- For every delivery, customers must be 21 years of age or older.
- Your driver will ask to see a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) when they arrive.
- Delivery cannot be completed without verification of age and identity.
Delivery Timing
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary slightly due to traffic, order volume, or other local conditions.
Delivery Requirements
- You must be present at the delivery address to receive your order.
- The driver may request that you sign for your delivery upon arrival.

- We deliver throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
- If you are outside of our delivery zone, you may not be able to complete checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- To request changes or cancel an order, please contact us before your delivery is dispatched.
- Once your driver is en route, changes may not be possible.
